Features to help you monitor anything
We know how to use them!
At UTM, we eat, breathe and sleep PRTG Network Monitor
We’ll bring out the best of your PRTG Network Monitor. Let us take care of the monitoring solution while you take care of your environment.

Flexible Alerting
When used out of the box, most solutions are relatively noisy and PRTG is no exception.
We’ll adapt the notification system to suit your needs and schedule alerts (such as ‘no low priority alerts at night’) or avoid alarm floods by using dependencies.
We could even use the PRTG API to write your own notifications.
Maps and Dashboards
Having issues designing your dashboards?
Visualize your network using real-time maps with live status information.
We create dashboards with the PRTG map designer, and integrate all your network components using more than 300 different map objects such as device and status icons, traffic charts, top lists, and more.
Individualise your map using custom HTML and map objects.
PRTG Custom Sensors
Custom sensors can perform several monitoring tasks that extend the standard sensor set.
Apart from parameterised versions of Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), Packet Sniffer, and NetFlow sensors, you can create your own sensors using Windows Management Instrumentation Query Language (WQL) or Python, by compiling an .exe file, using any Windows software development tool.
You can also request any Representational State Transfer (REST) application programming interface (API) that returns JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) or Extensible Markup Language (XML) and map the results to channels.
Distributed Monitoring
Monitor several networks in different locations and separated networks within your company (for example, DMZ and LAN) with PRTG Remote Probes
Get the overview in one central PRTG core installation
You can also use remote probes to distribute monitoring load
Each PRTG license includes unlimited remote probes
Cluster Failover Solution
With all PRTG on premises licenses, you can have a cluster with two PRTG core servers.
A cluster consists of at least two cluster nodes: one master node and one or more failover nodes, where up to four failover nodes are possible. Each cluster node is a full PRTG core server installation that could perform all of the monitoring and alerting on its own.
